Imported deep coalescing borosilicate glass fiber is adopted, with a filtration accuracy of up to 0.3 microns. Under rated working conditions, the residual oil content in exhaust gas can be strictly controlled within 3 ppm (parts per million). This not only protects downstream pneumatic tools from damage caused by oil contamination, but also significantly cuts the lubricating oil consumption cost of equipment.
• Excellent Collapse Resistance and Pulse Resistance:
Airflow impact inside mining drill rigs and high-pressure compressors is intense. Both the inner support frame and outer protective screen of this filter element are made of high-strength thickened electroplated steel plates. Combined with advanced spiral interlocking and punching processes, it can withstand extremely high pressure differentials and airflow pulses generated during instantaneous system startup, ensuring the filter element will not deform or rupture under high pressure differentials.
• Outstanding Temperature Resistance and Corrosion Resistance:
All metal components of the filter element undergo anti-corrosion electroplating treatment, and the core adhesive is special epoxy resin resistant to high temperature and high pressure. Even when immersed long-term in high-temperature synthetic compressor oil (such as PAO or PAG lubricants) at up to 120°C, the sealing adhesive layer and filter media will not age, peel off or decompose.

Manufactured in strict accordance with the original interface dimensions of Sandvik/Driltech (Height: 625mm / Outer Diameter: 245mm). Installation Notes
Power off and depressurize fully. Clean housing and seal surface, check gasket. Insert element vertically. Tighten cap evenly. Test run no-load, check leakage, DP and oil carry-over.
