• Ultra-high separation efficiency and cleanliness: The filtration accuracy reaches 0.1 micron. The interception rate of residual oil mist in the air is over 99.9%, which strictly controls the residual oil content of the final exhaust gas below 2 - 3 PPM and effectively protects the downstream gas-consuming equipment.
• Premium imported filter media: The core filtration layer adopts borosilicate microglass from HV (Binzer) or Lydall of the United States. It is manufactured with high-density precise winding and multi-layer folding technology, which ensures low initial pressure drop while delivering excellent pressure resistance and temperature resistance.
• Safe electrostatic grounding design: The filter element is equipped with a reliable built-in conductive structure. Every finished product undergoes rigorous electrical ground testing before delivery. Combined with professional temperature-resistant conductive gaskets, it can effectively discharge static electricity generated by friction of high-speed airflow and completely eliminate the risk of sparks.
• Long and stable service life: Under standard working conditions with regular maintenance (periodic replacement of air filters and oil filters), the rated service life is 3500 - 4000 hours (it can be extended to 5200 hours for some high-quality replacement parts under applicable working conditions).
Installation Notes
Release all pressure and cut off power before disassembly. Handle separator element carefully, avoid impact and deformation. Replace gasket/seal ring together if aging. Clean oil sump sludge before installing new element. **Do NOT wash the separator element.
