This product is mainly used in air compressor systems with a power rating of 55KW (75 HP) (such as well-known models including SA55-C and SF55-C). It is installed inside the oil-gas separator tank and undertakes the critical task of thoroughly separating compressed air from lubricating oil.

• Heavy-duty Reinforced Support Frame
Both the inner and outer support frames are made of thick perforated carbon steel with anti-corrosion treatment. It offers a large flow area and excellent pressure-difference resistance. The filter element will not deform, collapse or blow through even under transient system pressure fluctuations or heavy-load working conditions.
Installation Notes
Installation Instructions: When replacing, make sure the asbestos sealing gasket is properly installed, and the static lead-out device (conductive pin) must be in close contact with the metal surface of the oil-gas separator tank.
Maintenance & Replacement
Standard service life: Under working conditions with clean intake air and high-quality oil, the design service life is 3000 ~ 4000 hours. • Replacement based on pressure difference: Do not use it beyond the service life blindly. Shut down the machine immediately for replacement when the control panel indicates that the pressure difference reaches 0.8 - 1.0 bar. Operation beyond the service life will lead to higher exhaust temperature, increased oil carryover (oil leakage), and even burnout of the motor due to overload.
