Air Oil Separator Filter DB2467

DB 2467 is a high-efficiency built-in oil-gas separator filter element specially designed for industrial screw air compressors.

Core Working Principle

During the operation of the screw air compressor, a large amount of misty and liquid lubricating oil will be mixed into the compressed air.

1. Polymerization Stage:

The mixed gas containing oil mist enters the multi-layer composite glass fiber layer of DB 2467 from the outside.

2. Interception and Coalescence:

Tiny oil droplets are captured by the filter fibers and gradually coalesce, then collect at the bottom of the filter element under the action of gravity.

3. Recovery and Discharge:

The coalesced lubricating oil is pumped back to the airend through the oil return pipe of the air compressor for recycling, while clean, oil-free compressed air is safely discharged through the inner core and delivered to the downstream pipeline network.
