Air/Oil Separator Element LE48007X

LE48007X/4930553111 is a high-end coalescing oil-gas separation element designed for industrial screw air compressors and vacuum pump systems.

Core Functions and Working Principle

• Efficient Coalescing Separation:

The separation element adopts multi-layer superfine glass fiber composite filter media inside. When the oil-gas mixture containing a large number of lubricating oil droplets passes through the filter element, extremely fine oil mist (0.1–1.0 μm) undergoes coalescence during penetration, merging into larger oil droplets. These droplets flow downward under gravity and finally return to the lubrication circuit of the compressor via the oil return pipe.

• Oil-free Air Output:

The residual oil content of the filtered compressed air is controlled at an extremely low level of 1–3 mg/m³ (≤3 ppm), which can perfectly protect the downstream precision pneumatic equipment and prevent oil accumulation in production pipelines.

Initially widely used for medium and large screw air compressors of the ECOAIR (Ingersoll Rand Group) D series. It is also compatible with high-end industrial air compressor systems such as Demag and Sullair.
