• Nanoscale Coalescing Separation Technology
Adopts Mann+Hummel's signature multi-layer interlaced micro-glass fiber material. Based on the coalescing principles of Brownian diffusion and inertial impaction, it efficiently captures tiny suspended oil mists with a diameter of only 0.1~0.3 micrometers, agglomerating them into large oil droplets for drainage.
• Excellent High Efficiency and Low Pressure Drop Performance
While maintaining an ultra-high separation efficiency of over 99.9%, it retains an extremely low initial pressure drop (≤ 0.2 bar). This means the air compressor motor does not need to overcome excessive resistance, which can greatly reduce the total energy consumption of the unit.
• Original Equipment Quality and Outstanding Pressure Resistance
The inner lining and outer circumference of the filter element are equipped with high-strength perforated metal support screens, combined with high-temperature-resistant industrial-grade epoxy resin adhesive. It features strong differential pressure resistance and anti-pulsation deformation capability, effectively preventing the filter element from perforation or collapse under harsh working conditions.
• Comprehensive Anti-Static Safety Protection
The filter element comes with a patented conductive metal grounding device. When static electricity is generated by friction of high-speed airflow, it safely conducts electric charges to the air compressor housing, completely eliminating the risk of combustion and explosion caused by static sparks inside the oil-gas separator tank.
Installation Notes
Shut down & power off, wait for pressure release. Clean housing, check gasket. Insert element vertically, seal properly. Start pump, check oil mist and leakage. Replace when DP rises or oil mist appears.
Maintenance & Replacement
Check exhaust for oil mist regularly. Replace element once differential pressure increases. Keep vacuum pump oil clean. Store in dry place, avoid damage to filter media.
