Air/Oil Separator 250034-181

250034-181 is a high-performance oil-gas separator replacement core specially designed for industrial screw air compressors.

As the last critical line of defense of the air compressor discharge system, it is mainly responsible for coalescing, separating and recovering the lubricating oil mist in the compressed air, which directly determines the cleanliness of the final output compressed air and the economical operation of the system.

• Ultra-low lubricating oil carryover rate:

After fine separation, the residual oil content of the outlet compressed air is controlled at ≤ 1–3 ppm. This means the air is extremely clean and can greatly reduce the maintenance burden of post-processing equipment (such as precision filters and adsorption dryers).

• High filtration efficiency:

The filtration accuracy reaches 0.1 μm, with an overall separation efficiency of up to 99.99%. It can effectively capture extremely tiny suspended oil mist particles.

• Original imported filter media:

The inner core filter layer generally adopts high-performance composite fibers from major US manufacturers (such as HV Hollingsworth & Vose or Lydall), featuring excellent high-temperature resistance and chemical corrosion resistance.

• Robust pressure-resistant structure:

It adopts high-strength thickened anti-corrosion and rust-proof stamped steel inner and outer frames, which can withstand high differential pressure shocks generated during system startup or sudden working condition changes, and prevent local collapse or breakdown of the filter element.

• Anti-static safety design:

The original kit (KIT) is equipped with a special high-temperature resistant sealing gasket with conductive strips. It can discharge static electricity generated by air friction on the filter element and eliminate the risk of sparks or even explosion inside the tank.
