Structural Design and Material Technology
• Skeleton Anti-corrosion: The thickened internal and external metal support skeletons are treated with anti-corrosion electro-galvanizing or coating. The high-strength structure resists breakdown under high pressure differential.
• Static Conduction: Conductive pieces/static grounding pads are fitted on the filter element end caps. This design can promptly conduct static electricity generated by high-speed friction of airflow, preventing fires inside the oil-gas barrel caused by static sparks.
• Oil Return System: Flange-type/built-in oil return structure is adopted. Combined with the oil return pipe of the air compressor, it allows the condensed lubricating oil to drip smoothly and be pumped back to the main unit.

Maintenance & Replacement
Standard service life: 4000 hours (the actual service life is affected by the quality of the air filter and dust in the air intake environment, and may be reduced to 2000-3000 hours under harsh working conditions). • Replacement signal: ◦ Immediate replacement is required when the pressure drop before and after the oil separator (alarm pressure difference) displayed on the air compressor panel reaches 0.08 MPa ~ 0.1 MPa. ◦ Obvious engine oil appears at the drain of the downstream filter oil-water separator, or the consumption rate of air compressor lubricating oil increases abnormally
