B-3002605770 is an original oil-gas separator element maintenance kit (OSE KIT) specially designed for large industrial oil-injected screw air compressors. As a core consumable for the air compressor’s standard 4000-hour major maintenance or annual servicing, this kit is intended to guarantee the purity of compressed air and maintain efficient system operation through high-efficiency oil mist separation.

Core Working Principle

1. Mechanical Pre-Separation: After compressed air containing a large amount of lubricating oil is discharged from the main unit, it enters the oil-gas barrel tangentially. Approximately 99% of large oil droplets settle directly to the bottom of the barrel through collision under centrifugal force and gravity.

2. Fine Coalescing Filtration (Filter Element Stage): The remaining 1% of oil mist in the form of suspended particles (usually 0.1～1μm in diameter) is forced to pass through the B-3002605770 filter element.

3. Collection and Oil Return: Tiny oil mist particles are captured and coalesce into large oil droplets when passing through the fiberglass layer. These droplets accumulate at the bottom of the filter element under gravity, and are finally sucked back into the lubrication system of the main unit through the oil return pipe of the air compressor. Meanwhile, clean compressed air is discharged from the center of the filter element (at the inner diameter of 240mm).
