Core Functions and Working Principle

During the operation of the screw air compressor, lubricating oil is injected into the main unit for sealing, cooling and lubrication. Therefore, the gas discharged from the main unit is a high-pressure mixture of air and lubricating oil.

2901990420 adopts Coalescence separation technology: when the oil-gas mixture passes through the built-in ultra-fine glass fiber layer, tiny oil droplets at the 0.1-micron level collide, are intercepted on the fiber surface and coalesce into larger oil droplets.
